The candy-coated bubbly pop group Tilly and the Wall have announced their comeback. On Oct. 2nd, the group will release their latest album, “Heavy Mood,” on Team Love Records. The album is produced by Mike Mogis and features Clark Baechele of The Faint and Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
